A fascinating, broad-ranging role with a globally recognised leader in arts education.
Full time / Monday – Friday / 34.5 hours per week
£22,000 - £24,500 per annum
As one of two Continuing Professional Development officers, you will report to the CPD Operations Manager and work closely with the Lead CPD Officer. This is a hands-on role where you will help plan, administer, promote and evaluate the RAD’s CPD initiatives for teachers. This is a superb opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-orientated and has experience of working in an administrative capacity in an arts, education or similar context.
The ideal candidate will be IT savvy, with first class communication skills in English and a good working knowledge of financial control and monitoring procedures. You will be required to work with a wide range of stakeholders and to build successful working relationships, so excellent customer service is necessary.
Knowledge of current issues in CPD as well as the ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders to engage in professional development activities would be an advantage, but not essential.
